Cancellation policy

1. General

The following provisions apply exclusively to business customers within the meaning of §14 BGB.

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply.

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Subscriptions constitute binding supply agreements for recurring deliveries.

2.2 The subscription term and delivery frequency are defined at the time of order.

2.3 Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months.

2.4 Termination is possible with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next scheduled delivery.

2.5 Cancellation after shipment has been initiated is excluded.

2.6 ProTesCa may adjust prices for future deliveries in case of raw material cost changes.

2.7 The customer remains responsible for proper storage and application of delivered products.

 

3. Pre-Orders

3.1 Pre-orders constitute binding purchase commitments.

3.2 Deposits are non-refundable once production or procurement has commenced.

3.3 ProTesCa reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules in case of supply chain disruption.

3.4 Cancellation of customized or OEM products is excluded once manufacturing has begun.

4. Try Before You Buy (Industrial Evaluation)

4.1 Trial deliveries are only available upon separate written agreement.

4.2 Goods must remain uninstalled and unused unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 The customer bears full risk of damage or deterioration during the evaluation period.

4.4 If goods are not returned within the agreed evaluation period, the purchase price becomes due automatically.

4.5 Used, modified or installed goods are excluded from return.
