Development of ProGasLin
In 2022, ProTesCa expanded into biochemical process optimization with the development of ProGasLin, a high-performance enzymatic solution engineered to increase methane yield, improve substrate efficiency, and stabilize fermentation processes in agricultural biogas plants.
Developed and produced in Germany, ProGasLin is specifically formulated for fiber-rich substrates and demanding agricultural operations. The solution supports:
- Increased biogas output
- Reduced raw material consumption
- Improved process stability
- Enhanced economic performance per kW installed
ProGasLin strengthens plant profitability by targeting the largest cost driver in biogas operations — substrate input — and converting marginal efficiency gains into significant annual financial impact.
